My family tried Lewis’ Family Restaurant for the first time today. We weren’t sure what to expect, with some of the reviews being negative, but for a Monday afternoon, we experienced a very clean restaurant with very friendly waitresses! We were pleasantly surprised in both of those senses! The food quality, overall, was good, and definitely met all expectations of what you’d expect at this price point. The food portions were VERY generous for the price! Definitely give Lewis’ Family Restaurant a try if you’re looking for a nice, cheap, and friendly breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience!

This place is a little secret known to many locals around Ft. Smith. They are only open til after lunch, but if you can make it hear for breakfast, brunch, or lunch, man are you in for a treat. Food is made fresh to order in this little diner situated at the corner of Hwy 71 S & Zero St. Breakfast served the duration of service, burgers to die for, and the best bacon in the river valley. The pricing is reasonable and the owner is always so lovely. The staff have had an overhaul and are so nice and friendly. Service with a smile. We enjoy ourselves every time. Try their breakfast anytime, it's absolutely worth it.

This place was great, we got breakfast and it was pretty decent quality, main thing is the price is incredible and the quality you get for it, and service was great too. A lot of places have shifted to charging 15 for a standard diner kind of meal, but here you can still get a pretty solid breakfast for 10 bucks or less. Beyond breakfast, my buddy got a chicken fried steak and said it was also very good. It would be a great place to take a family, for people who have a few kids and want to go out to eat for an affordable price.

I was apprehensive of this place due to the looks from the outside, but the inside is very cozy and has a nice diner feel to it.I ordered over medium eggs and they came out perfect. The bacon was very crispy (the way I like it, so caution to those of you that don't). The loaded hash browns were okay, the only reason they weren't good imo is that they were a little thin and oily so they didn't have much taste, but the 'loaded' part was delicious. The biscuits were good and if you get gravy it's a sausage/bacon gravy that has a nice thicker consistency that was very tasty to me. The last thing I ate was their waffle and it was the star of the meal. I used very little syrup, because it wasn't really needed. The waffle was soft (so if you like crispy waffles be sure to tell them) and had a pleasant taste. The waitress was very attentive and pleasant as well.Overall, I am very glad I decided to try this diner and look forward to trying the rest of the menu.My wife wasn't as impressed, but she's a bit of a pickier eater than I am. I.e. she likes soft bacon, uses butter instead of oil for cooking, and isn't a big breakfast person.
